What modifications can Kubl offer?
We provide a turnkey service to include the design, supply and installation as a one-stop service for initial survey and design, to finishing touches. A modification to an existing premise can often be more cost effective than moving to a new site. We can advise of all options available based on existing structure and requirements.

Structural Additions:
Extensions – Extending side walls or adding gable end bays to building’s length.
Mezzanines – Adding interior, non-load bearing floors to increase usable floor space.
Canopies – Attaching sloped-roof structures to the exterior side wall for shelter, or open canopy bays to the gable ends.
Functional Upgrades:
Access Points – Installing new fire doors, pedestrian doors, or entrance doors.
Lighting – Installing skylights or windows for more natural light.
Climate Control – Upgrading insulation and ventilation for better thermal performance.
