Because every component is manufactured with engineered span tables available for every component and every last nut and bolt, we supply full Structural Engineering and calcs for building control at no additional cost. No components used are hand-folded or hand-drilled, almost always resulting in accuracy and consistency issues.
For a superior external finish we specialise in a multitude of envelopes from standard single skin steel and insulated composite steel and rainscreen plus, with our expertise in carpentry, we offer a full range of horizontal and vertical timber finishes in a variety of species to compliment the aesthetics

Size Matters
Our buildings are fully scalable and available at any size with spans up to 20m and eve height to 6m. We can provide fully engineered bay sizes up to 6m centres to accommodate larger side access, which is a lot wider than other frames using a non-bolted system.
We provide sizes from a domestic single, double or triple garage through to workshop and storage buildings up to a large warehouse or an entire industrial park and everything in between.
We design and supply structural partition walls to separate any unit for multiple occupancy.

Self-build has never been easier
For the accomplished DIYer and enthusiast or to save on the construction cost we offer all of our superior fully bolted steel buildings as a self-build kit. Every building is precision engineered with all component parts are pre-cut, drilled and marked.
Our Self-Build Kits come with detailed assembly instructions, step-by-step videos for every stage of the build, a full set of plans, and site specific structural calculations as standard. Every component is laser etched with the part number for full clarity.
The smaller buildings (single and double garages and storage units) can be erected by just two people without the need for heavy lifting gear or specialist tools.
Every building is checked prior to delivery and comes in a single delivery for your convenience and will include everything required right down to the last nut and bolt. Your self-build kit will also include a detailed bill of materials itemising every component for easy identification.
