Daniel Bedocs
Director / FatherMeet Daniel, a true problem solver with a creative flair for transforming spaces in ways that delight and inspire! With over 30 years of experience, he brings a treasure trove of knowledge to Nest & Vine Ltd.
Daniel's journey started with a fine art scholarship at Central St Martins, leading him into an exciting career in design and advertising where he ran his own successful design agency for many years. It was through collaborative commercial projects in exhibition design and build, for high-profile clients across Europe and North America, that led him to fall in love with the landscaping and construction industry.
Driven by his passion for landscaping, construction and architecture, Daniel made an exciting shift from designing printed media, websites and exhibitions to designing landscapes, interiors and crafting bespoke timber-framed buildings, later exploring cold-rolled steel frame construction.
He’s incredibly hands-on and proactive, often donning multiple hats as builder and project manager to oversee everything from personal projects to large-scale construction ventures. Along the way, he has earned multiple qualifications and a wealth of experience in design, gardening and landscaping, Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
Now, as Daniel dives into this thrilling new chapter, he seamlessly blends his love for garden design and landscaping with custom steel buildings and stunning timber structures. He’s come full circle, bringing his extensive experience to every project in a way that is truly rewarding!
George Bedocs
Director / SonMeet George, who is thrilled to follow in his father's footsteps and carry on the family legacy while infusing it with his own fresh ideas and enthusiasm! With a genuine passion for construction and a drive to make a positive impact, he is dedicated to upholding the high standards our family has established over the years.
Growing up in a dynamic environment, George has developed a deep understanding of every aspect of our operations, from design and construction to providing outstanding customer service. He thrives on collaboration, always eager to listen, learn, and contribute to each project. His innovative spirit helps him discover new solutions that elevate our services and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
But George is not just about the work—he places immense value on building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. With his friendly personality and can-do attitude, he creates a positive and supportive work environment that nurtures teamwork and sparks creativity.

Harrison Crowther
Landscaper / Head of BanterMeet Harrison, a true team player whose journey into construction has been fuelled by hard work, good humour, and an unshakable love of banter. Before joining Nest & Vine, Harrison worked as a labourer on a variety of projects, from converting three cottages into one amazing home to building a private winery. His role enabled him to learn a complete mix of skills and has given him a real appreciation for every trade.
Before swapping his boots on the pitch for boots on site, Harrison spent years playing football in professional environments with Cambridge United and Colchester United, later signing for Bishop’s Stortford’s first team. The discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit he gained there now shine through in everything he does — though he’s still partial to showing off his skills if there’s a football lying around at lunch.
Harrison’s been close friends with George since their first days at secondary school, and now the two of them have swapped homework for hard hats. Working together again, they bring that same friendly rivalry and laughter that’s followed them since the classroom.
He loves the unique mix of projects from Gardening and Landscaping through to Steel Buildings and reckons the atmosphere at Nest & Vine is second to none. Harrison is never afraid to get stuck in and every day brings a new challenge, a new chance to learn, and a few good laughs along the way. With his energy, humour, and hands-on experience, Harrison helps keep the team’s spirit high and the work quality even higher — proving that hard graft and good fun can go hand in hand.
Fozzie
Chief Happiness Officer / Wonder DogMeet Fozzie, our beloved four-legged mascot and the heart of our team! With his wagging tail and cheerful personality, Fozzie spreads joy and positivity wherever he goes. Always up for a cuddle or a fun game of fetch, he fills our work environment with laughter and warmth.
As our Chief Happiness Officer, Fozzie’s main mission is to uplift everyone’s spirits and remind us to take a moment to appreciate life’s simple pleasures. You’ll often find him happily roaming the office or, when the weather allows, out on site, inspiring our team with his playful energy and irresistible charm.
Fozzie has a nose for adventure and a knack for finding fun, always leading us on exciting outdoor outings and team-building activities. Whether he’s welcoming clients at the door or soaking up the sun, Fozzie is the perfect companion, making every day a little brighter and every project a whole lot more fun!
