Following more than three decades in the design industry, two of those focusing on garden landscaping and custom timber buildings and the past decade specialising in the design and turnkey construction of precision steel framed buildings, Nest & Vine Ltd was created by Daniel Bedocs with a determination to utilise his range of skills and experience to provide a unique blend of construction, garden landscaping and property maintenance with a much stronger focus on customer service and quality of finish.

Our Design, Build, Maintain approach is simple and has enabled us to gain a reputation for integrity, professionalism, innovation and excellence as a one-stop-shop solution with a single point of contact to manage your project delivery. We take a collaborative approach with a genuine commitment to delivering value and quality in everything we do. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, our highly effective management style and the incredibly talented people we work with, to ensure that every project is completed on schedule, within budget and to the customers’ requirements.

Peace-of-mind for every customer is extremely important to us. We are fully skilled, fully qualified, fully experienced and fully insured. We hold a £2M public liability insurance to cover all our services, plus a separate £2M Professional indemnity insurance to cover all of our design work. We are fully DBS checked for added safeguarding and because we stand behind our services, we offer a No Quibble Guarantee on everything we do.
Keep it Focused
With a wealth of experience and a passion for property maintenance, gardening and landscaping we created HomeFixx and Garden Fixx to focus our services for customers that seek the skills and experience of a construction company for smaller projects and both planned and reactive maintenance. The beauty of Nest & Vine Ltd is that we can provide the expertise and experience to transform both indoor and outdoor spaces. Plus, as a small niche team, no job is ever too small.

We are experienced local specialists who know that quality of work and reasonable pricing are key to maintaining our valued customer base within the local community which we both serve and live in. We are based in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire and West Mersea, Essex and offer our services to the surrounding areas and everywhere in between. We collaborate with our friends and neighbours with specialist skills in all areas of construction to ensure we put the right people in the right places every time.

Being a family-owned business keeps us accountable and inspired to grow together. Our father son team is dedicated to building a strong future with a solid reputation. We pride ourselves on a hard work ethic and continue to deliver the best possible service. Working alongside talented close friends within the local community also gives a greater sense of pride and achievement.
Keep Giving Back
We created our Garden Angels service to provide FREE practical help to local elderly and disabled people, who have no other means of support, enabling them to maintain and enjoy their homes and gardens. This service is available to people who are unable to carry out the work themselves due to age or disability and have no one living with them who could help or simply cannot afford to pay a professional handyman or gardener. Once a month we dedicate an entire day to provide our Garden Angels service to one worthy resident to really make a difference and improve their space.
