Pricing

We prefer to offer a Fixed Price so that you know the entire cost of the project from the very beginning. All materials, plant and labour will be itemised with all materials and plant payable with order in advance and labour payable 50% with order and 50% on completion.

We offer discounted rates for recurring maintenance jobs such as Lawn Mowing, Hedge Trimming, Gutter Cleaning, Patio/Path Jet Washing. For pre-booked recurring jobs, we offer a 20% discount on the hourly or daily rates.

A lot of customer have a range of different jobs they want pricing. We always encourage customer to put together a full list of jobs and then book us in for a day to work through the list. This is the most effective use of time and budget.

Any specialist plant, tools or safety hire required will be discussed and agreed in advance and charged extra. Hire charges are available daily, weekly and monthly and will include full insurance, fuel and a delivery and collection charge to site.

We hold a £5 Million Public Liability Insurance, plus a £2 Million Professional Indemnity Insurance for complete peace-of-mind. We are DBS checked and First Aid trained for your assurance and safety. Plus, all our work is covered by a no quibble 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Normal hours are flexible between 8am and 6pm to suit you. All Half Days are based on up to 4 hours on site. All Full Days are based on up to 8 hours on site. Working hours will include any trips to suppliers for materials and the time require to unload/load and tidy up at the end of each day/half day. We are happy to offer weekend and evening rates, these are always discussed individually. If you would rather an early start please notify us at point of booking and we will be happy to accommodate you.

We operate as a father/son team and can split for smaller jobs or work together for any jobs requiring a second pair of hands. A second pair of hands is often essential for specific projects and will always help to reduce the overall project time and cost.

Where possible we will always utilise your garden waste bin for small jobs to save on costs. As a licensed trade green waste carrier, any trips to the recycling depot will incur charges by volume and weight, these charges are simply passed on to you at cost with no additional mark up. We are a trade Hippo Bag supplier and can arrange the delivery and collection of Hippo Bags to remove waste from site. All costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Nest & Vine Ltd are licensed carriers of Green Waste – Certificate of Registration under the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 – Registration number CBDL568007. Recycling costs for green waste are charged extra at cost based on quantity of load(s)

We offer options for builder’s waste depending on the size, weight and access available. Options range from a Hippo Bag, Skip Hire or Waste Collection. All costs will be discussed and agreed in advance. Where possible all builders waste will be separated for recycling and to keep each load clean.

We are proud of our work and like to take photographs at the start, throughout and on completion of each project for our portfolio. We will always discuss any photography with you in advance and we respect your wishes if you prefer not to have any photographs taken. Any photographs taken will be used purely for our own portfolio and website.

Word of mouth is the strongest recommendation we could hope for, and we work with this goal in mind. On completion of each job and project we kindly ask for a quotation or endorsement from customers, either named or anonymous, to publish on our website.
